I just wanted to take a moment to pass along some positive feedback regarding the South-End walk-in clinic.
I visited this morning (Saturday) to seek medical assistance and I was very pleased by the care and service I received from your team. The receptionist (I’m not sure of her name) was very polite, cheerful, and knowledgeable, despite managing a very busy waiting room and some other irate patients. Similarly, the doctor I saw (S. Koka?) was excellent and he addressed my concerns in a patient, positive, and knowledgeable way.

Was just at Northwood Clinic Azilda for an ear flush. Met Dr. Joseph, such a pleasant young doctor. The wait time was under 45 minutes, such a convenient location for us.
Dr Khan is a very kind Dr who is willing to help people above and beyond just a quick emergency clinic meeting. For someone like myself and my wife who have been unable to get a new family Dr, this is a very much appreciated service. I know most often people like to complain about things, and I just thought that I wanted to make sure Dr Khan gets a good shout out for his outstanding work.
My follow-up ended up being with Dr Handley, who, like Dr Khan, was fantastic to deal with, and went over my results with me and gave me solutions on what we can do to help control my medical issues. Both Drs Khan and Handley are great assets to the community.
I do not have a family doctor and have visited clinics on previous occasions when unwell. But seeing Dr. Rahman at the New Sudbury location was the first time I felt like someone was listening to my symptoms and actually cared to make the correct diagnosis. He looked me in the eyes and asked questions. He actually touched me to conduct a physical exam. While I am still in the middle of finding out what is actually going on and it has been scary and stressful, I am glad that I saw Dr. Rahman. And the receptionist was funny and kind. She tried so hard to get my name right and, as a person with a difficult name, I appreciated that more than she knew. Thank you.
I just wanted to drop a line to say that I’ve been to the Northwoods Medical Clinic at the Four Corners four times in the last three weeks and I can’t believe how well it is currently run. Regardless of how many patients are in the waiting room, it flows very well and our wait times have all been very reasonable.
Today, March 28th, at about 8:30 AM, I attended at your south end clinic for my 1st ever visit. The doctor on duty, I didn't get her name, attended to me. I found her professional and yet laid back enough to make me comfortable. She was the only doctor on staff at the time and had a full waiting room waiting to see her. She still took enough time to explain what she was doing and didn't rush me out or make me feel like I was just another number. If all professionals took a page from this girl's book, I believe we would have a better running system. I also understand that your clinic has Dr. Garrioch working there at times. He was my doctor for years before he retired. With doctors in the calibre of these two on staff, I can clearly see why your clinic is so busy. Thank you to her and thank you to the clinic for having her.

I wanted to reach out and let you know that I was very impressed with my visit with Dr. Joseph today. Dr. Joseph is very approachable and caring and provided me with excellent service.
We are so pleased with this clinic experience (4 Corners). From checking in, to the doctor and cleanliness of the facility etc.
We were expecting to wait 1 or 2 hours, however it was just a few minutes. The doctor came into the room in about 5 minutes, and we were done in 20 minutes, that included a strep test.

It is our second AMAZING experience with Dr Handley at this clinic and I haven't stopped thinking about the interaction. He went out of his way to discuss preventative measures and talk to us about the best course of action. This doctor is a gem; is absolutely wonderful with children and what a treat to have someone to help us out in our first language in our little community of Azilda. His kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed.
I would like to say that our experience from the south end clinic was fantastic. We attended with a special needs person and they were able to get us in very quickly. It was very appreciated!
I would like to compliment the receptionist who was at the South End clinic the morning of September 18th. She was so respectful of everyone who came in and those who asked how much longer. Never once did she show any irritation. It was extremely busy that morning. I took the time to compliment her as well.
I can’t sufficiently express my thanks for the excellent care I received. What touched and amazed me most about Miss Lorella and Dr. Yesovitch, was that they did not lose track of me and followed up with medical imaging dept to ensure they didn’t lose track of me either. I can’t really imagine how many people Lorella admits each day, each week, week upon week. But her ability to keep on top of it all is astounding, and her kindness amid those pressures truly remarkable. Dr. Yesovitch’s combination of compassion and clear unhurried layperson communication were exactly what I needed.
I can only imagine that working in a walk in can be a highly stressful job especially this time of year with everyone coming in sick and you always hear the negative. No one is usually happy about going to the clinic but when you have great staff especially the 2 ladies that assisted me during my visit it can make all the difference. They truly looked like they do this job because they like helping others.
Despite the reason behind having to come to a clinic they helped make me feel comfortable and knowing I am in good hands.

The receptionist was very kind and understanding yet firm with her commands to take a number and wait for her to call me. She was also very helpful with her prompts and directions when she called my name to enter the examination rooms.
The doctor was a pleasure to talk with as he was very understanding and listened to my concern. He was also very jovial after I made a few comical comments that made him laugh.
Overall, it was a very pleasurable experience and I felt the need to communicate this as there was one individual in the waiting room who was very negative and frustrated and decided to voice his displeasure for all to hear. The actions and attitudes of some individuals can really hamper the spirits of others and I feel sorry for any negative encounters your staff may face.
Thanks for the great service as always and making difficult situations a pleasure to navigate.
