Our Azilda and Downtown locations will be closed for direct contact, but will be open for phone/videoconference consultations. Our Four Corners and Lasalle clinics are open from 8-9pm (M-F) and 9-4(SAT/SUN)

Social distancing is very important at this time, and we strongly are suggesting to people to use our Virtual Clinic. Our Virtual Clinic will be open for phone/videoconference medical appointments. Please register using the phone number provided below. A clinician will follow up with you shortly.

FAQs

Services we do not provide:
We do not refill prescriptions for narcotics.
Can I go to either location to receive follow-up care?
We prefer you go to the same location where you received care, however, if need be, we can always retrieve information from the other clinic.
Once I register, can I leave and come back?
We allow our patients to register, leave, and come back without losing their spot in line.
If I need a routine physical do I have to wait in line with everyone else?
Give us a call and we may be able to accommodate you.
If I need a referral to a specialist, can I come to the clinic to get it?
Our physicians can help you with referrals to specialists, community care programs, and supports.
If I don’t have a valid Ontario Health Card, can I be seen by the doctor?
You must provide a valid Ontario Health Card to be seen by the doctor. A fee of $50.00 will be charged in the absence of one.
